 The Ramsey Fine Arts Council (RFAC) exists to foster an interest in the arts and to enhance the cultural life of the residents of Ramsey.  Meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the first Monday of the month in the back conference room at Borough Hall.  All are welcome to attend.
